When you treat yourself with kindness, love and compassion all else will fall into place. Love yourself more than material things, more than your addictions and more than you may think you deserve. Perhaps you've never known love, so loving yourself is a hard thing to do, but you've got to start somewhere. Love yourself like you'd love the perfect lover. Give yourself some attention, spend some quality time with your Self and show yourself some respect. Be nice, give yourself a break and love will flow through you and back.

Discover balance, strength and a deep sense of serenity in Tai Chi. Weekly drop-in Tai Chi classes are offered on Wednesdays 10:45a and newcomers are welcome! An Introduction to Tai Chi on Saturday 9/24 at 2:15p is another great place to start to cover principles of practice, Qigong, silk reeling and formwork.
