"We were in an auto accident on the turnpike. I'm sure this is routine for a towing company but it was terrifying for my children and myself. The tow truck got to us quickly and got us off the highway. The office staff was warm and welcoming as we had to wait for my husband to come and pick us up. They handled everything and put us at ease. It was a bright spot in the middle of a really cruddy afternoon."

"We had just crossed the GW bridge and all of a sudden, our AC and power steering went out and our battery and high engine lights came on. We made it to the turnpike, called Nicks, and they sent the best damn tow truck driver ever! Jeff B. was wonderful! He arrived fast, diagnosed the problem, got us on the truck, called ahead to see if there was a mechanic on site, drove us over, and even went to bat for us at the counter. He was personable and extremely helpful. Highly recommend."
