Do you know how important you are?  We do!!!

Vast amounts of research confirms that parents play a critical role in a child's education.  Below is a link to a website called Vroom.  Vroom has a downloadable app which will give you a daily fun activity to do with your child based on age.  The app will also give you the reasoning behind each daily activity and how it grows the brain.  If you try the app, let us know what you think!

From the Extended Day and Breakfast Program

Don't forget that breakfast begins at 7:45 AM!  If you wish for your child eat breakfast here, please arrive promptly to entrance 8 and ring the doorbell.

Extended day will not accept students after 7:45 AM for the Extended Day only since  the main school doors open at 7:55 AM.  If you arrive between 7:45 AM & 7:55 AM and your child is not eating breakfast here, please enter through the Siena Center doors.  If there is a special circumstance which requires that you drop your child off to extended day between 7:45 AM- 7:55 AM, please contact the office.

Welcome to school new student Naturi!  Naturi is joining Ms. Jamie's class!

Please try to send your child in clothing items that he/she can manage independently.  Elastic waistband pants are wonderful!  Belts, zippers, buttons and anything that your child hasn't mastered yet should be saved for later in the year.  Right now the focus for all of our students is separating from loved ones independently, learning rules, making friends and handling routines successfully.  Zippers, buttons, ties on shoes and other fine motor skills will be added later.
Thank you!

Please remember that we follow Washington Local school district for all delays and cancellations.  You can receive notice of delays and cancellations through Ohio Alert, our facebook page or any of the alert systems set up by local news channels.

For Ohio Alert: Find the NCCS St. Catherine school choice and click on it.  Within NCCS St. Catherine Ohio Alert sign up area you will find an option to subscribe to alerts.  On the next page you can sign up for "St. Catherine Parents and Community Members".  Please remember that we follow Washington Local for school delays and closings.

I encourage everyone with cell service to sign up for Ohio Alert.  This is a convenient way to find out about specifically St. Catherine's status.
