America's Top High Schools
|
North Hunterdon and Voorhees have once again been included in the top schools nationally and in NJ. Our schools would not be included among the best if it were not for our hard working students who continue to achieve more and more each school year, and our dedicated faculty and staff who help our students succeed and reach their fullest potential. This is great news to start off the new school year!

The annual College Fair will take place on Wednesday, September 28th from 6:00 - 8:30 pm in the main gym. Over 170 colleges, universities, technology, art schools and military representatives will be in attendance.

The Homecoming Dance will take place on Saturday, October 15th from 6-10 pm in the main gym and is open to all students. The theme for this year is
NEON LIGHTS! Tickets are available to purchase through the school's online ticket portal from September 5 to October 7. Tickets are $20 per student. Please click on the link below for more information and how to purchase tickets. An out of district student guest form is also included in the link.

The Freshman Mixer will be held Friday, September 16th in Cafe B, 7-10 pm. Tickets can be purchased for $10 at the door. This is the only dance of the year just for Freshmen!

Attendance Office Procedures

Reminder to all Parents/Guardians:
Please remember to bring your
ID when picking up your child from school. When you sign out your student in the attendance office, you are required to show your
ID. Please help make the dismissal process more efficient by remembering to bring your
ID into the school office. Thank you.

Free College Financial Planning Seminar

NHEF is sponsoring this seminar which is open to parents of students in ALL grades. Seminar is
Wednesday, September 21, 2016, 7:00–8:30pm at NHHS (in the theater).
Even if your family is not eligible for need-based aid, we will cover the best strategies on how to pay for college in the most cost efficient manner—without it putting a strain on the rest of
your finances. We’ll discuss the FAFSA form and all the other information you need to understand in order to maximize the amount of financial
aid you are eligible to receive!

The North Hunterdon Music Association is sponsoring a fundraising fruit sale beginning Sept. 1 and running through November 11. NHHS PTSA is the only organization that supports
ALL students within our school community. We are a non-profit group that sponsors school wide activities and fundraisers for every grade level as well as scholarships to graduating seniors. Please join the PTSA and help us provide fun and engaging activities to all students. New members are always welcome! To sign up for membership, click on the link below for a membership form.
