St Bernard Project: Mission Trip to New Orleans

Wanna fix something? Join a group of Parkway folks and some others who are going to work with the St. Bernard Project (SBP) in New Orleans, Louisiana (yes, still post Katrina). Kris and I went down there last fall and had a very good experience. Please do some thinking and praying and consider this opportunity.

As part of the Healthy Spirits/Healthy Relationships segment of the Sabbatical, we have set up small group discussions groups to share a meal and discuss questions raised by Dr Dorhauer. Examples of the questions are: what does the church mean to you? How do you connect to it in spirit and actions? How can we help our church grow in mission to better serve each other and our neighbors? What's most important to you about Parkway?
