     Bailey & Wyant, PLLC is pleased to announce that Unaiza Riaz has accepted the position of Associate Attorney in the Bailey & Wyant, Charleston office upon her Law School graduation in 2017.     
     Unaiza is a Charleston native and currently attends West Virginia University College of Law. During the school year, she is a research/writing teaching assistant for 1L students. She is also a part of the Defense Trial Counsel for students and the International Law Club.
    Unaiza graduated from George Washington High School in 2010. She went on to attend West Virginia University where she graduated Cum Laude from the Honors College in 2014. Unaiza received a degree in International Studies and had minors in Political Science and Environmental Economics. Unaiza is also fluent in the Urdu language. 


                                     
Community Involvement

The Bailey & Wyant team had a great time at the Inside the Huddle event. The event previewed the WVU 2016 football season with Tony Caridi. All proceeds from the fundraiser goes to support Highland Hospital Foundation.


Bailey & Wyant employees filled these backpacks full of school supplies to donate to Clay and Kanawha County Schools. The backpacks will be utilized by students who were affected by the flood that swept through West Virginia in late June.



Bailey & Wyant, employees, family and friends got to get together outside of the office at the annual Bailey & Wyant Picnic at Power Park this month.

Jennifer E. Tully is an Associate in the Charleston office of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC.

In 2003, she obtained her law degree from West Virginia University College of Law. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Business and Accounting from Emory & Henry College in Emory, Va. in 2000.

Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer was In House, General Counsel and Director of Human Resources for Employer's Innovative Network. Jennifer was a litigation attorney with Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC for 10 years, where she concentrated on the areas of civil rights defense, employment law and education law. Prior to that, she was a law clerk from the Honorable Circuit Judge Charles M. Vickers in Fayetteville, WV. Jennifer has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for 2014 and 2015.

Jennifer is also admitted to practice before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.
