HR Leadership Benchmarking Survey
PHRA Senior Leaders,

In partnership with BusinessForward, and the Pittsburgh Technology Council, PHRA is pleased to invite you to take our inaugural HR Leadership benchmarking survey. Among many things, we will measure the senior HR role in the organization, business and leadership challenges, investment priorities and the key skills needed for HR organizations today.

A key objective is to gain an understanding of how the chief and senior HR roles continue to evolve in today's regional business climate and what drives their agenda for 2016 and beyond.

Click here to access the survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/9GVLNZB

Survey findings will be shared shortly thereafter in whitepapers and a panel discussion on October 18th. Information on the panel discussion is forthcoming.

PHRA Vendor Directory

Each month, more than 1,100 HR Professionals turn to the PHRA website in the course of their work. Many of these professionals are searching for products and services to help them approach their jobs more effectively.  As a valued PHRA member we would like to offer you two months free with the purchase of a 12 month posting on the NEW PHRA Vendor Directory.

The PHRA Vendor Directory is a searchable, on-line tool for product and service referrals within the field of HR available to both members and non-members. Any company or individual may purchase a listing.

The directory is a listing of your company and contact information in up to two out of twenty five areas of HR product and service specialization. Listings are accessible to anyone and may be searched by the product/service category.

The PHRA Will be Moving to Membership Dues Autobilling for Credit Cards
Many of you have been asking us over the years to provide autobilling for credit cards. We are happy to announce that we are now autobilling for all memberships purchased through credit card. If you pay your dues by check, you will still need to send the check to us.

If you pay by credit card, you will need to renew one more time manually (as you have been doing in the past) before your autorenewal will kick in.

If you need to cancel a credit card payment for your dues, simply sign into your PHRA account at www.PittsburghHRA.org and
delete the invoice via your member profile. This is found under Manage Profile > Invoices.

In this seminar, Mr. Novak will discusses how recruiting is very different from the term talent acquisition. Although they are often used interchangeably, recruiting is a branch of talent acquisition. Some companies include pieces of learning and development or succession planning into their talent acquisition teams. 2 HRCI credits: General; 2 SHRM credits.
