Update on the Affordable Care Act

The roll out and implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA or ACA) continues on its revised schedule despite recent court cases and repeal and delay efforts. Employers and individuals should be aware of how the ACA will impact them in 2015 and future years. 

 

Specific topics will include:

  • Quick review of key ACA provisions
  • Recent developments - court cases and regulations
  • What employers need to know for 2015
  • Health care reform - MA or ACA, which one applies?
  • What to expect in the future
