OPENING STATEMENT

Are you still listening?

As you may recall from last month's newsletter, Gordon Law is examining secrets and how to legally protect your confidential information. Last month, we talked about the Attorney/Client Privilege. If you have not had the opportunity to read that article, you may find it HERE. This month we will talk about non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). In October, be on the lookout for the best ways to protect your trade secrets.
DISCOVERY

We often hear about non-disclosure agreements, but do you know what you should look for in one? Do you know if it is okay to simply sign one prepared by another person or if there are particular items of which you should be wary? READ HERE to learn more about what provisions should be included (and more importantly excluded) in non-disclosure agreements.
IN SUMMATION

Sometimes we want to share our secrets. However, we may not want to share them with the world. If you do want to share information, please be certain to protect that information and yourself from further disclosure. Please contact me if you have any questions about how to protect your confidential information while benefiting from limited disclosure.

By the way, if you want to share the information you learn from Gordon Law, you may do so without having to worry about protecting it!
