Kenneth Gloss, proprietor of the Brattle Book Shop in Boston will give a presentation on this history of his shop and the value of old and rare books.  Following the Q&A, Kenneth will give free verbal appraisals of books that attendees bring to the program.

Tech The Halls - Managing Your Digital Photos for Seniors 


Friday, December 11

This class will teach you basic skills to manage your digital photos.
We will learn how to:
  • Transfer photos from email to folders or social media
  • Make folders and name them
  • Move pictures to different folders
You must know:
  1. Basic computer skills
  2. How to use a mouse
Please bring your charged laptop or device to class if you have it.  We have a limited amount of laptops available for use.

Supper Book Club - The Wind In The Willows  


Monday, December 14

Book:  The Wind in the Willows by Kenneth Graham
Restaurant :  To be determined.

Copies of the book are available to borrow at the Circulation Desk.

Every month food is ordered from a local restaurant, to be delivered to the library at 5:30 PM, the day of the meeting.  If possible, the food will relate thematically to the book. Or not!  The menu is available at the Circulation Desk & emailed to everyone registered to attend that month.  Participants select and pay for their menu items before the meeting. Please leave your money at the Circulation Desk by 1:30, the day of the book club meeting for that month.

Join a team and get bowling in the Community Room!
Players can use their own caricatures in the game and play against their friends for a more personalized experience. As players improve, their skill levels will increase, so that they can see exactly how much better they've become.

Kids of all skill levels can pick up and play any of the games.
