Sturdy, yet elegant, this coffee is a blend of Central Americans and Africans. It has an anchor of baked chocolate, layered with assorted warm fruits. Pineapple, citrus and lychee all suggest themselves at various stages of cooling, with a pleasant, lingering aftertaste. It is clean and crisp, like a fall morning.
This coffee is intended as a cafeteria-style coffee, e.g., press pot or drip preparation. It is not intended for espresso prep.

This coffee is sourced via one of our longest-running relationships, with Dominion Trading. We've been working the the Dominion team since 2008 to source all of our Ethiopian coffees. Dominion runs New Covenant Foundation, a non-profit that invests the profits of coffee brokering into Ethiopian producer communities.
This Harrar is a fabulous example of high desert coffee. It is deep and rich, with a huge body, notes of berries and rustic cup character.

Happy Thursday and Happy First Day of Fall!
I don't know about you, but after the long, hot and humid summer, I am ready for some cooler weather! Autumn reminds of apple picking as a child, warm sweaters, pumpkins and hay rides. Also, cool, crisp mornings, jumping in leaf piles and hot beverages. It is with these memories that we bring back our fall favorites. On sale this week is the Fall Harvest Blend. Baked chocolate, warm fruits, crisp finish...aahh...
