Oma Village Celebration October 19th!
Join us as we celebrate the completion of 14 affordable Oma Village apartments for formerly homeless working families. Because of your support, $1,000,000 of construction costs have been saved!

To join the party, park at the Next Key Center, 1385 N. Hamilton Parkway and catch a quick shuttle ride to the Oma Village site on Nave Drive. We'll hear from local leaders, enjoy the horns of the  Black Sheep Brass Band , and taste the delicious  confections of  Garden Creamery .  No need to RSVP - just come celebrate this milestone with us!

Grounbreaking for Early Childhood Education Center!
An early childhood education center at Alternatives in Action in Oakland is underway because of the support of Ryder Homes and HomeAid!  A former student told her story about how important a place like this will be for the high school students to learn about early childhood education and have a day care for the children!
