Stepped Nozzle Control with Duo React
A New Way to Spray
The Hypro Duo React dual port nozzle body allows you to drive at the speed you want and maintain application rate and spray quality desired by switching between two different nozzle sizes. The Duo React console works alongside your current rate controller to direct the flow to the appropriate nozzle port based on your speed of travel.

Proper nozzle selection is critical for this system to work, so Hypro has made it simple for you by providing some example nozzle pairings that will work well with the system. 

Duo React Stepped Nozzle Control Example
Application Rate Requirement:  10 gpa
Droplet Size Requirement:  Course (C) and Extra Course (XC)

Nozzles Selected:
  • Nozzle A:  ULD120-02
  • Nozzle B:  ULD120-03
  • Nozzle A+B:  ULD120-02 & ULD120-03
    (equivalent flow of an 05 nozzle)

Switching Set Points:

  • A to B Set Point:  7 mph
  • A+B Set Point:  10.5 mph

Allows for travel speeds:  4 mph - 18 mph
