LETTER FROM THE MAYOR

Remembering the Past and Looking Towards Our Future

Hard to believe that September is already here - this year is just flying by! Fall is always a busy, but  enjoyable time of the year.  With the kids back in school, our lives get a bit more hectic with family and school events. This year will be no exception.

On Sunday, September 11, please join with Cambridge and Milton high schools to reflect, remember and honor those who lost their lives 15 years ago.  The Milton Fire and Police Departments will once again assist our high school students place flags on the school lawn representing each of the 2,977 victims of this tragedy.  These are truly touching events and I encourage you to join in honoring the lives lost and the bravery of the fire, police and EMT first responders.
