Top HSP Names Katherine Smith Dedrick, William Goddard and David Seibert as
 Senior Risk Advisors 

NEW YORK, September 8, 2016 - Hanover Stone Partners, a risk management services firm with expertise in a broad range of critical risk disciplines, today announced the appointments of Katherine Smith Dedrick, William M. Goddard, and David A. Seibert as senior risk advisors. The executives, all based in the Midwest, add to the firm's depth of talent in claims management, corporate governance and enterprise risk management and strengthen the firm's presence throughout the Central U.S.

Katherine Smith Dedrick Photo Katherine Smith Dedrick, senior risk advisor - Chicago . An accomplished insurance attorney and risk consultant, Ms. Dedrick has more than 30 years of experience in insurance, risk management and related corporate governance issues. For several years, she served as national coverage counsel for a property/casualty insurance company, handling hazardous waste, environmental and asbestos claims throughout the U.S. In 2007, she became a founding member of an international consulting firm advising commercial and large property owners on pre- and post-loss coverage issues and claims management, which became involved in claims arising from the 2011earthquake in Christchurch, New Zealand. In addition to a JD degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, Ms. Dedrick earned an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.  
 
Bill Goddard Photo William M. Goddard, senior risk advisor - St. Louis . Mr. Goddard has more than 40 years of experience in risk management, medical benefits, insurance brokerage, and claims management. He concurrently serves as a principal in the Insurance Advisory Services Group at Brown Smith and Wallace. Previously, he was senior vice president and Midwest retail practice leader for Marsh USA. Earlier, he was vice president of risk management and benefits for May Department Stores Company for more than 20 years. He earned a B.A. degree in psychology from Western Connecticut State University and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Connecticut. Mr. Goddard also earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) professional designation.

David Seibert Photo David A. Seibert, senior risk advisor - St. Paul . Mr. Seibert has 30 years of experience in risk management, finance, and information systems management. Most recently, he was enterprise risk management leader and content creator with Integrated Governance Solutions, LLC, providing a breakthrough software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform in governance and ERM. Prior to that, he was vice president, Enterprise Risk Management and Strategy with Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union. Earlier, he was senior group manager, Corporate Risk & Responsibility for Target Corporation. He also was director of security risk management for Lawson Software and held a number of information management and security positions with Boston Scientific. Mr. Seibert earned a B.S. degree in finance and economics and MBA in finance from the University of Minnesota's Curtis L. Carlson School of Management.
