CLR September Happy Hour
Thursday, September 22nd
5:30 - 8:30 pm

&
For our September Happy Hour, we're pairing up 2 great venues on South Main in the SoMa district: Raduno and Midtown Billiards.  Start off at Raduno at 5:30pm and enjoy craft beers, great wine, and creative cocktails.  Then, around 7pm, we'll head next door to play "bottle toss" at the legendary dive bar Midtown Billiards.

Not familiar with bottle toss? Well, it's pretty much like it sounds - an organized competition where you toss an empty beer bottle into a trash can.  The goal, as you might expect, is to make the bottle into the trash can.  Last person standing who hasn't made it in buys a round of beer for everyone else who played.  (Don't worry, you don't have to play; just watch the fun!) Once done, you can enjoy one of their famous burgers.

PopUp in the Rock

Planning for PopUp Metro Hub is gaining momentum thanks to many volunteers and partners! The wheels are in motion to create a unique PopUp event that will help re-imagine the Rock Region Travel Center while illustrating the area's future potential. Our goal is to raise awareness of the area as a cultural asset and to illustrate it's potential for thoughtful development that will serve not just surrounding community, but the city-wide community of Rock Region Metro riders. PopUp Metro Hub will be a fun and interactive snapshot of what's possible.

The volunteers who sign-up to participate on our committees play a significant role in making PopUp in the Rock a success. It's not too late to add your name and contact information to join a committee.

See the attached PopUp committee descriptions to get an idea of the roles of each committee. Feel free to add your information and get involved by emailing [email protected] with your name, contact information, and committee choice. PopUp Committees can be found
