Of course - that is "pandering" to his base - he's showing the WB embracing them - without conditions... but - we know that's not true.
so what is the real picture??
there is a lot we don't know...
but the WB is there and happily shelling out $$...
in my experience - that never happens until the bankers are COMPLETELY

I cannot see how anyone is actually following the financial details of this thing and not be thoroughly EXCITED about where we are (finally!!)...
BGG says():One point that gets missed alot - they have signed deals and agreed to remove and adhere to a more "international standard" regarding their internal MCPs... (the means "multi-currency practices")... THIS IS HUGE... MCPs coming to an end...
this is a big point in their whole "economic reform package" - it is a complete overhaul... MCPs and currency being only one point of the program...

The external financing will also be covered by project loans from the U.S. government ($2.7 billion, ¶11), Germany (€167 million, i.e. the €500 million disbursed over three years, ¶11), JICA ($323 million), the World Bank ($120 million), Italy ($66 million), and the Islamic Development Bank ($54 million).

GOOD SUNDAY MORNING DINARIANS. HERE WE ARE AGAIN. ANOTHER DAY OF THE WEEK UPON US WITH RUMORS IN THE AIR OF PAYMENTS MADE AND SIGNATURES COMPLETED. PROGRESS IS BEING MADE OR SO WE ARE BEING TOLD.
ACTUALLY, I BELIEVE THAT IS TRUE. PERSONALLY, AND THIS IS JUST MY OPINION AND NOT BASED UPON ANY FACT, THE RV/GCR/BOND FUNDING INITIATIVE HAS CHANGED COURSE WITH THE INTRODUCTION OF A NEW ASSET INTO THE PICTURE A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO.
IT IS MY BELIEF THAT THE DYNAMICS OF THE PROCESS WERE ALTERED TO MEET THIS NEW ASSET.
SUCH AN ASSET WAS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE THE FOUNDATION FOR THE VALUES REQUIRED FOR INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN PROJECTS.

World Bank to issue SDR bonds in China for first time
YUSHO CHO, Nikkei staff writer
SHANGHAI -- The World Bank will issue bonds denominated in Special Drawing Rights in Shanghai at the end of August -- marking a status boost for the Chinese yuan.
The float is seen comprising three-year bonds totaling 500 million SDR units. This comes to around $700 million, though the value of the International Monetary Fund's reserve asset varies based on the dollar, euro, yen and pound. Details will be announced as soon as Friday.
