1. On Sept. 4, 5 2016 G20 meetings were held in China to again ratify the Paris Agreement. Last Nov. 2015 world leaders representing 209 countries had signed off on the Paris Agreement on Climate Change that was said to include approval of the Global Currency Reset and gold standard asset backed currencies.
2. World leaders were also said to have recognized the new US Republic during the G20 meetings. Barak Obama was not recognized as the US President, while Pentagon Chief of Staff General Joseph Dunford signed treaties in behalf of the new US Republic.

I talked on several occasions, particularly in the words and lectures that I gave during Trasa Union of Arab Banks , About the need to take the privacy of Arab Banks conditions into account when applying the international legislation, including legislation «Basel 2 and 3».
We recognize that «the Basel Committee» subjected to international standards for the broad consultations with regulators and financial institutions before they are issued, however, it can not be for the Commission to accommodate all the comments and suggestions that link to it. Therefore, they usually give some flexibility on the application of standards both in terms of scale and in terms of deadlines.

kaseyko1 Bruce's info was awesome. He went over the speech by Obama from the G20 meeting. Having listened to those speeches myself & then listening to Bruce, I'm very excited as to where we are in our exchange time.

He did a great job in explaining the IEX trading platform. I would encourage anyone who wants to understand this better to either listen to the replay or read the call notes.
I really liked his expounding on the speech by Obama. When I listened to the speech & he went into the Basel 3 and new banking info, I got excited - and obviously for good reason.

29.We endorse the G20 Strategy for Global Trade Growth, under which the G20 will lead by example to lower trade costs, harness trade and investment policy coherence, boost trade in services, enhance trade finance, promote e-commerce development, and address trade and development.
We welcome the World Trade Outlook Indicator released by the WTO as an important leading indicator of global trade. We endorse the G20 Guiding Principles for Global Investment Policymaking, which will help foster an open, transparent and conductive global policy environment for investment.
30. We also support policies that encourage firms of all sizes, in particular women and youth entrepreneurs, women-led firms and SMEs, to take full advantage of global value chains (GVCs), and that encourage greater participation, value addition and upward mobility in GVCs by developing countries, particularly low-income countries (LICs).
We welcome the B20's interest to strengthen digital trade and other work and take note of it's initiative on an Electronic World Trade Platform (eWTP).

To this end, we remain committed to finalizing remaining critical elements of the regulatory framework and to the timely, full and consistent implementation of the agreed financial sector reform agenda, including Basel III and the total-loss-absorbing-capacity (TLAC) standard as well as effective cross-border resolution regimes.
We reiterate our support for the work by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) to finalize the Basel III framework by the end of 2016, without further significantly increasing overall capital requirements across the banking sector, while promoting a level playing field.
We welcome the second annual report of the Financial Stability Board (FSB) on implementation and effects of reforms, and will continue to enhance the monitoring of implementation and effects of reforms to ensure their consistency with our overall objectives, including by addressing any material unintended consequences. We will continue to address the issue of systemic risk within the insurance sector.

We've been indicating this all year, since January. It's the 3rd & Final part of the "Plan".

9-6-16 NOW LISTEN UP UPDATE; OK the geopolitical strings that needed to be attended in order for all the projects, packages, revaluations (204) and the final implementation of the GCR is finally agreed on and accepted by all participating countries.
This acceptance will liberate the entire world of its debt and the same to all of the population of the world. It now has a real time frame for it to come into existence, hopefully for us soon.
Our banking friends are well prepared and highly optimistic at this current time.
Those running for the highest position in your land, have been breached (Briefed?) on how the world expect them to handle themselves coming forward (the old ways are out....there are no longer cabal controlling forces behind this or any world government).

A parliamentary source said, for "the new Arab", "The House of Representatives of the Kurds are seeking to convince the Presidency and other blocs to postpone the vote on the dismissal Zebari," noting that they were "convinced many MPs, especially from the Bloc coalition forces in their opinion."
The source pointed out that "the Kurds are trying to gain time by postponing the vote to the session after the Eid, to win during the Eid holiday and exploited to settle the issue," adding that they "are preparing dismissal Zebari targeted them," likely "possibility persuade the Kurds to the parliament to postpone the vote.
