EBCBOR members took time off their busy schedules to volunteer for a great cause this past Tuesday. 20 members spent the day at the Boys & Girls Club in Lodi helping the staff by doing fun activities with the children. David Ciliento, K-9 Officer and EBCBOR member gave a fun and educational presentation to the kids about the important roles k-9s play in the police force. Robert Khoury, Main Street Title affiliate partner provided ice cream for a fun afternoon snack.

Prices have remained stable in New Jersey over the last couple of months, while supply has been down and homes are selling about a week faster, on average, in year-over-year comparisons. A relatively balanced market has kept prices in check for the most part.
The purpose of this meeting is to conduct the annual business of the association.

Chinese Companies Are Snapping Up U.S. Commercial Property Investments
Chinese investors put $10.6 billion into U.S. real estate in the first five months of the year, according to a report by Cushman & Wakefield, more than double the $4.37 billion spent in the whole of last year. In all, Chinese investors spent $17 billion in real estate outside of China in the first five months of the year of which more than half - 62.5% - was invested in the U.S.
