Things have been very busy around the studio with everyone back in town from
vacations.  After all the time off it's hard to get back into the swing of things..This is why I too have coaches that help me keep up with my best practices.  I love having a thriving studio that promotes health and wellness for not only the body but mind as well. Here are some Peak Productivity Secrets that I use on a daily and weekly basis from my coach and mentor, Todd Durkin. I suggest you pick one and try it for a week. This is how healthy habits are created!

- Do what's most difficult earliest each day at the office/home. Doing "hard things first" is an extraordinarily powerful way to build confidence and discipline.  And doing things you once thought were impossible releases enormous power within you.  As Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "Do the thing and you shall have the power."

-Let's not major in minor things.

-Let technology be a servant to you instead of you being a slave to technology.

-Be so good at what you do that you are the only one in the world who does what you do.

-"To have or to be."  It's not about having...it's about being.  Be your BEST!

-Make a dent in the universe.  Find a cause greater than you.  How may I best serve the most people?

-Show vulnerability.  People will trust you more.

Create an Incredible Life!

Power Performer of the Month

This month we are excited to announce that John Glick is our Power Performer for September! He comes in early with a "ready to work" attitude and always makes us laugh with a joke or two! Here's what John had to say about working out with us at Workout 32789:

What's the biggest change you have noticed physically and mentally since you started training at Workout 32789?

My pants always fit so that's worth the price of admission!  I do like work days after I work out in the morning because I'm much sharper and much more relaxed.

What's your favorite part of working out?

Leaving the building. Seriously Chris makes it very entertaining to watch her trying to kill me.

When did you realize it was time to make a change in your life?

I've always tried to work out, mainly kick boxing. It took a toll on my body, especially my joints. I decided I needed to do something different and Workout 32789 was a great choice for a total body workout.

What did you hope to accomplish since you started training at Workout 32789?

My goals were to not let my body go like other friends that I grew up with.  I really want to be fit and stay there!
