United Way advances the common good by creating opportunities for a better life for all within Mohave and La Paz Counties.  Our focus is on education, income and health -- the building blocks for a good quality of life.  United Way recruits people and organizations who bring the passion, expertise and resources needed to get things done.  We invite you to be a part of the change.  You can give, you can advocate and you can volunteer.  That's what it means to LIVE UNITED.

We have many leaders with in the River Cities United Way organization.  From our staff, to board of directors, down to the local levels as advisory committees and allocations committee.

RCUW was Host of the August AM Mixer

Members of the Lake Havasu Area Chamber of Commerce met at River Cities United Way's Havasu office on Friday, Aug. 5 from 7 - 8 a.m. 

Participants were greeted with Starbucks coffee, store-bought and home-made pastries, and the opportunity to mix and mingle with other businesses.  Later in the morning, a 30-second round robin introduction afforded everyone to tell what business they were representing and any new information pertaining to their business that might interest those in attendance.  To wrap things up, Lyn Demaret, President/CEO at River Cities United Way talked about all the great things we're doing in the community.
