Experience TaKeTiNa: Life is Rhythm musical and meditative workshop on Friday 9/9 at 7p. Reconnect with your natural rhythmic ability, and engage your body, mind and senses to develop awareness and cultivate presence. TaKeTiNa is beginner friendly!
Discover balance, strength and a deep sense of serenity in Tai Chi. Weekly drop-in Tai Chi classes are offered on Wednesdays 10:45a and newcomers are welcome! An Introduction to Tai Chi on Saturday 9/24 at 2:15p is another great place to start to cover principles of practice, Qigong, silk reeling and formwork.

Labor Day Schedule on Monday 9/5: We will be open for morning classes, with special class additions for the 10th Annual Free Day of Yoga! We will be closed at 1p and no evening classes will be held.
