Read below for some tips on making the most of your journey. As always, please pass along this newsletter to anyone you feel may benefit from it's content.

From The Positive Perspective.......

While making this journey of life, reflect on how you are using this time.  None of us are aware of how much time we have left here on Earth. Make the best of every day.

One of my life's mantra's is to feel as though I can rest my head on my pillow at night and know that if this was the last day I was given, would I be satisfied with how I  lived it?  If not, then I make a conscious plan for tomorrow to be a better day. If you do not feel as though your journey is on the right path, talk to those who can help you sort out what's not right.  Your life is precious and valuable, no matter who you are today.  Tomorrow can always be better, even if it is just an attitude adjustment in the beginning.  There are a tremendous amount of resources available to help anyone who wants it, from family members, to books, to professional help, to community resources, to yes...even YouTube can help if you look in the right places.

I hear so often in my office that "I just want to get to the good part and fast forward to when things will be wonderful again."  It's like watching a movie.  If you watch the beginning of the movie and then fast forward to the end, you see the "happily ever after" but you can't appreciate it too much, because you are not aware of all the struggles that occurred and the lessons learned in the middle of the movie.  Don't fast forward your life.  Appreciate the journey....every step of it....because the journey is what builds your character and where you learn all the important lessons that life has to offer.

I hope I have inspired you to take your life's journey one day at a time and to look at this journey....

From The Positive Perspective.

Stay well.
