During the month of July I used a lot of my sabbatical time reading, thinking about what Millennials had to say about the church. I also spent time listening to Millennials (those born after 1981) and hearing their perspectives on church life. Some of the authors and first person conversations were active in the church and others have never darkened the doors of a church.

The general consensus was that by and large, those young adults so many in the church long to attract are very unlikely to be drawn into most of our churches. Read Full Article
