Congratulations, Mrs. Pfund!
Mrs. Lucille Pfund was presented with the Distinguished Catholic Educator Award at the Diocesan Kickoff last week at Holy Family Catholic Church. Mrs. Pfund is starting her 39th year of teaching, 31 of those years have been with Santa Fe Catholic High School. SFC is blessed to have such a dedicated and devoted educator! We love you, Mrs. Pfund!

September Lunch Order
Please click here for order form.  Just a reminder that orders are placed monthly.  Deadline to order for September is Thursday, August 25 by 3:00pm.
Parking Passes for Sale
Parking passes will go on sale Monday, August 22nd.  Seniors will have first choice, then Juniors and Sophomores.  Each student who drives to school is required to purchase a pass for $25 and have it in their dash window.  To register please have cash or check, your ideal space number, and your license plate number.  Spaces will be sold during lunch and after school from Ms. McBride.
Youth In Government

School Administered Medications
All medication to be taken during school hours must be turned into the Front Office in the original container with the completed parental permission slip.  This policy applies to both prescription and over the counter medications.  Click here for form.

Yankee Candle Sale
Packets were handed out at Orientation and Parent Back to School Night. If you did not receive a packet, it will be sent home with your student this week. Parent Guild receives 40% of all sales. Please turn orders in by Tues., Sept. 6. NOTE: No sales tax.  Thank you for your support!
 
Grandparents' Mass & Brunch, Wed., Sept. 14

  • Friday:  5:30pm at Fletcher/Lake Bonny Park @ 800 S. US 98 to set up for the Pre-Season meet on Saturday morning
  • Saturday:  Pre-Season meet @ Fletcher/Lake Bonny Park.  7:50am Girls Varsity, 8:30am Boys Varsity, 9:00am JV race

Mandatory Forms Needed to Participate in Sports
All students participating in sports MUST have a sports physical dated after June 1, 2016. Print the following highlighted links ( EL2 and EL3) and make sure you take the EL2 with you and have it signed by the doctor. Both completed forms must be turned in to the front office prior to participating in practice.

 

Athletic Passes for the 2016-2017 School Year

Adult:  $75 per pass, Student:  $25 per pass

Good for all SFC home games except playoff games.

Hawks' Nest
The Booster Club sells approved uniform dri-fit polos and hoodies.  These items and more are available for sale at the home football games and in the Front Office.

Crimson Level is SOLD OUT, but there's still time to join at the Hawk Level. 
Spring Break 2017 Europe Trip
Santa Fe is coordinating a trip to Italy from March 16-26, 2017. The 11-day itinerary includes Rome, Assisi, Florence, Pisa, Venice, Verona, Milan, Genoa, and Cinque Terre. The cost for students is $3,468. This price includes airfare, hotels, breakfast and dinner daily, a tour director, admissions to attractions on the itinerary, tips for the tour director and bus driver. Adult family members are welcome as well; there is a $445 supplement cost for adults. (On the website, the Pisa tour is listed as optional, but we have included it in the above price.) Currently we have three students signed up to go on the trip!!
