Greetings!

In an effort to simplify submitting a support ticket with Premier Networx, we are excited to announce that you can soon submit a ticket online. Our goal is to better serve our customers, and we believe this is another way we can take your mind off of your IT so you can focus on running your business.   Here’s how it works:
  1. Log on to support.augustaitguys.com.

  2. Enter your user name, which will be the email address we have on file.
     * Note that we will email you instructions about setting up your password in the next couple of days. Please be on the lookout for this.

  3. Once you receive your password instructions and set your password, go to the site at support.augustaitguys.com and login with your email and newly created password.  

  4. Click on the “Create Ticket” button, and follow the simple instructions on your screen to submit the service ticket.
