Dear Currency and Historic Bond Community,
With a gleeful heart I bid you all ado. I suspect my detractors will be thrilled, I love you anyway. I suspect my supporters will be saddened, I love you anyway. Whichever you are, know that I always attempted to give you transitional era intel that somehow I was privy too, always with Christ love, and always pointing you towards a deeper, fuller relationship with God that comes only with an absolute surrender of self.
If I have offend anyone along the way, please forgive me. I am flawed and working on my deficiencies as a person. If I encouraged anyone, please encourage someone else. We all deserve praise and appreciation.
If I helped anyone reconnect or receive Christ, know that you have helped me complete my soul's sacred covenant as a perpetual servant of God. Thank you for the opportunity of fellowship.
Remember, Yosef is just an Internet Character who is actually exists as a real person who is painfully simple at his core. I was just trying to put the puzzle pieces together like everyone else. I believe we ALL did our very best to share whatever inside intel we though we had (right or wrong) as it came in, as well as offer whatever specialized interpretation we felt relevant based on our own unique skillets and experiences.

Since January of 1991 (Operation Desert Storm) and its outcome on Kuwait.
And then watching how some of my town folks in Puerto Rico who were in fact in that war and its revaluation got very rich with the Kuwait dinar ( something that was bought at .05 to .10 cents, and when things stabilized and the National Bank of Kuwait open its doors again, people just got rich at a reinstall rate of 3.64.
And then years later during the 42 President it MANAGED to revalue at a very high price.
I remember speaking to a gentleman involved and he said, " You wanted to know what I gain with the Kuwaiti dinar, but if you are smart don't focus on this, focus on what I will gain with the Iraqi part of the war for they are next. "
Well I focused since that day on keeping an eye open to when this new currency was to arise. And I have been at this since then and guess what the currency did arise, first exotic and now as a tradable currency pending going international

I have read through the notes and I see you reference both. And I see everyone is excited about them, but I am afraid I don't understand the significance of these things and how it moves the RI/RV forward, and would like to. Thank you for all you do. Blessings.Bondservant888
Boxman: fils are comparable to our small coins, similar to nickels, pennies etc, which will be needed for change after the RV..IMHO
Significant because it takes many fils to make one dinar.... its 1000 fils to the dinar...unless i am mistaken..
ALGrossman: I believe the fills would be like our coins... Nickels, dimes, pennies, etc

Frank26: You see everything is coming together at this four corners and there is no stop signs....and the collision is going to be horrible and also beautiful at the same time.
The Oil Minister as you know now the Integrity Commission looked deeper into his issues and as you know we talked about it last week....see ya....he's gone....we got a new technocrat as an Oil Minister...and boom everyone is talking, especially Iran, about the oil....in fact....the budget cannot depend on just oil....if it does it creates what is called a Dutch disease....
If you depend on one thing to sustain the budget and that one thing should go down you are screwed...and the IMF also told them that you cannot do that....you have to diversify your budget to support it...and lo and behold they have.....so these ministers...there are boxes of files....literally armed to bring charges where they belong...inside of the GOI and the CBI.

LLee: WOW.....thank you! If I recall correctly from following Frank for years now with his studies. This is major! Correct me if I'm wrong, these small metal categories are fillers?! Which is one of the process if the completion of the RI process leading up to the RV. This is a part of the "The shut the front door" moment!!!!! I don't post much, but I had to respond... OH MY!
