Sales just popped ahead of our 5 year history.
  • We are finally officially exceeding the 5 year trend in overall sales as of July 2016. 
  • The average sale price just jumped to the highest it has been in 5 years also. 
  • A lot of you look at DOM (days on market) as a negotiating point of reference
    • It is at 94 days on average right now. 
    • This is a bit longer than in some previous years but we have choices for you!
  • We have the most choices buyers in the $200,000 to $350,000. 
  • The average sale price for Single Family Homes is $256,751. 
  • We have sold 1075 Residential Homes and 1202 are pending (under contract) YTD. 
  • The land category has sold 264 lots with 287 lots pending (down from the same period last year) Most likely the builders have lots already targeted for homes they are building. 
  • Commerical is up 66%-Look out Havasu we are on the move!

Recipe of the Month-Great Football Snack

2 pkg pretzels 24 oz or a little more
1 Orville Redenbacher oil 12 oz or a little more
1 T Dill Weed or a little more
1 T Garlic Salt or a little more

**Often the pretzels come in bags larger than 24 oz and so does the oil and it all comes out ok. I like to add more dill as this gives it a great flavor. 

Your dump all a large container, cover and stir often. It needs about 24 hours to blend the flavors. Just put it together around dinner time the night before, stir as much as you have time, flip the container often and let it sit overnight.
