BACK-TO-SCHOOL NIGHT
This Thursday, August 18
6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

This is a time for parents to complete the school year check-in, meet new teachers,
and hear about the upcoming year.

2016-2017 School Year Check-In
A parent letter was sent last week with Back-to-School check-in information and a parent portal login/password. If you did not receive the email or have questions about the check-in process, please contact Communications or Admissions.

Prior to Back-to-School night, you must complete the online check-in to ensure we have the appropriate forms and information required for your student to begin school. Arma Dei Academy has adopted a new, more efficient parent portal that you will utilize to begin this process.

During Back-to-School night, each family must turn in the forms from the parent portal to complete the check-in process. You will have 30 minutes before and after the meeting to complete this process. Students will not be permitted to attend school until information and forms are accurately submitted.

You will need a password.
If you have misplaced yours or did not receive the email sent last week,
please email admissions or communications.
NEW FIELD & PLAYGROUND
Arma Dei is motivated to install another playground and turf field on the newly acquired 6.5 acres to provide additional space for children to run, play, foster brain growth and observe God's wondrous creation.  Here more about this addition at Back-to-School Night!
LOGOWEAR
Ordered logowear is ready for pick up at Back-to-School night this Thursday
or Meet Your Teacher on Friday.  Please see the receptionist for your items.

SCHOOL SUPPLIES
If you ordered before June 2nd, your supplies are at the school and you may pick them up during Meet Your Teacher  on Friday, August 19.

If you ordered after June 2nd, your supplies were delivered to your home and you may bring them to school during Meet Your Teacher on Friday, August 19.

If you decided to purchase school supplies, please bring them to school during Meet Your Teacher on Friday, August 19.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Volunteers are needed all around the campus including driving our students to off-campus events, helping during PE, working in the dining hall during lunch, helping in the classroom and with special events, and much, much more!

All volunteers (even returning families) must fill out our volunteer profile. Please click here to begin. Additionally, all volunteers must have a background check, a copy of their drivers license, and auto insurance policy on file. While you may not want to drive students to off-campus events now - that may change and having your policy on file eliminates administrative work at that time.

Please bring this completed form to Back-to-School night this Thursday.

HOT LUNCHES
More options for hot lunches this year!

Every Monday: Garlic Knot and Jamba Juice
Every Wednesday: Pei Wei
Every Friday: Chick-fil-a
