A friendly reminder that all VPK providers are required to conduct Assessment Period 1 (AP1) and Assessment Period 3 (AP3)
AP1 needs to be administered within 30 calendar days of the start of the VPK program. Data must be entered and submitted into the Bright Beginnings system within 45 calendars days of the start of the VPK program.
Additional Information regarding Assessment period 3 (AP3) AP3 needs to be administered in the last 30 calendar days of your program. Data must be entered and submitted into the Bright Beginnings system no later than 15 calendar days after your last day of each VPK class.
