This month we feature Dr. Wallace A. Howard III D.C., of Sterling Family Chiropractic.  Many of our massage clients benefit from establishing a self care regimen of massage and chiropractic care for optimal health. Dr. Howard's  mission statement is to "improve the quality of life through spinal alignment."  He feels strongly that "pain doesn't have to be part of your daily routine". In combination with his focus on spinal alignments, Dr. Howard also counsels his patients on nutrition and recommends Nature's Sunshine supplements which are available for purchase at his office.  He understands the importance of building a network of integrative healthcare professionals and refers his patients to Compassion Massage for their therapeutic massage needs.    

After 37 years of marriage to his wife Corinne, Dr. Howard is a father of three children and a grandfather of five. He is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College and has been providing chiropractic care in Central Massachusetts since 1994.  His patients now enjoy his new office which is located in Sterling at:

Meet Abby Girouard- Our New Massage Therapist
Abby Girouard, LMT

Compassion Massage welcomes its newest member to the team, Abby Girouard, Licensed Massage Therapist. Abby is passionate about providing the highest level of massage care to her clients who are seeking support to manage pain, maintain optimal health, and relieve everyday stress.  

Before becoming licensed as a massage therapist, Abby earned a Bachelor's of Science in Health, Wellness, and Occupational Studies at the University of New England. During her undergraduate studies she was able to explore her interests in improving people's overall well-being.  

Abby soon discovered her passion for alternative approaches to health care, and enrolled at the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA.   Since the Fall of 2015 she has been able to study massage in multiple settings through her internship field experience.
