Our favored residential solar financing, NY State On Bill Recovery Financing, is transitioning from a subsidized loan to a market rate loan as of September 1.
This means for most of our customers, if you want to take advantage of the low 3.49% 15 year term loan you will need to have your application submitted and complete by Wednesday August 31
.
After this date, the rate will go up 7.99% for most customers. Your system can be built at a later date but it is the loan application which is the important item. Please call your solar consultant to make sure you have everything you need to meet this important deadline.
