Time: Check-in begins at 4pm on Friday, October 21^st

       Final session ends at approximately 4pm on Saturday, October 22^nd 

Cost:

Option 1: four women sharing 2 Queen beds:  $125

Option 2: three women sharing 2 Queen beds:  $140

Option 3: two women sharing 2 Queen beds:  $165

Option 4: have your own room: $255

Participants in the 1 Night Stay spa-themed retreat will receive all of the following:

• All of the items listed for the 1 Day Workshop, excluding Workshop food
• Catered buffet supper on Friday and catered lunch on Saturday
• Free WiFi in the guest rooms and conference room
• Access to the family pool and hot tub
• Luxury accommodations
• Access to the fitness facility and fitness classes

 

Optional Additional Costs:

• Treatments at Avani Spa (We get 20% off on Friday and 10% off on Saturday) If you book a spa treatment, it includes access to all spa amenities such as steam rooms, sauna, etc.
• Day pass to Avani Spa on Friday: $15 (includes access to steam room, sauna, spa pool, 2 spa hot tubs, and spa snacks/beverages; does NOT include spa treatments)
• Day pass to Avani Spa on Saturday: $25 (includes access to steam room, sauna, spa pool, 2 spa hot tubs, and spa snacks/beverages; does NOT include spa treatments)
• Breakfast on Saturday is your choice.  You may choose from Café Latte, the coffee shop serving an assortment of Starbucks coffee and food; 240° West, the sit-down restaurant; bring something from home and make use of the coffee pot, refrigerator and microwave in your room; or order room service at an added cost at check out. 

 

Registration:

Registration will begin on July 3^rd.  All participants must be registered and paid in full no later than October 16th. 

 

Refunds:

We will be unable to issue refunds after October 16^th.  Please remember that this is because retreat materials will have been ordered for you, and if you were going on the overnight, your roommates would have been required to pay your share of the room fee.  Thank you for understanding.
