Heart of Texas Council of Governments (HOTCOG) is an organization of local governments working together voluntarily to solve mutual problems and plan for the future. It includes 80+ member governments made up of: counties, cities, school districts, community colleges, and special districts. HOTCOG was established in 1966 and serves a geographic area covering Bosque, Falls, Freestone, Hill, Limestone and McLennan counties.

GRANDE Communications is a Texas-based broadband communications company that offers a full suite of Internet, TV and phone services for residential and business customers. GRANDE embraces an independent, 'can-do' attitude enabling staff to serve 160,000+ customers in communities big and small across Texas.

First Central Credit Union has been serving the Waco area since 1937. What started out with only 14 members has become a credit union with 12,000+ members and exceeds $66 million in assets.
