SOAR Obesity & Diabetes Roundtable

Shaping Our Appalachian Region (SOAR) is hosting an Obesity & Diabetes Roundtable on March 16th, 2017 at Union College. The purpose of this roundtable will be to gather information and start formulating a regional strategic action plan to help combat our growing obesity and diabetes numbers. For this reason we need representation from all sectors to create a well-rounded discussion. The roundtable discussion will focus on sharing ideas, feedback, experience and insights. Discussion topics will be generally directed to prevention, treatment for diabetes, and long-term consequences. If you would like to opportunity to present on any topics or a related topic, please indicate this during registration.
