FULTON T-SPLOST UPDATE
In November, Fulton County voters will have the opportunity to approve a new Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (T-SPLOST) to fund transportation infrastructure improvements in those portions of Fulton County outside the City Limits of Atlanta. The T-SPLOST will generate almost $600 million over five years, most of which will be invested in roads and bridges (a separate vote within the City of Atlanta will deal with MARTA expansion). ACEC Georgia is actively engaged in the campaign effort and if you or your firm are interested in supporting this important vote to move metro Atlanta forward, please contact Sully at 770-356-3769 or
[email protected].
