Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Lynnette Jones. I have been in the food service industry for about 18 years working in restaurants, bakeries, institutions and catering.  It is my goal to help all of our customers with their paper and staples needs.  That being said, let me spotlight a few items, some new and some that you may not know we carry:


First for the new.  We are proud to present our new beverage line, Cup & Compass Beverages.  These high quality tea and lemonade concentrates are a huge time and labor saver!  In my years in catering, I had looked for a concentrate that tasted like you made it yourself.  I will say this is the best I have tasted.  We carry the Classic Black Tea, Peach Black Tea and Straight Up Lemonade.
Next, we are now offering a Non GMO Kentucky Proud Canola Oil.  Solio Family sources raw, 100% non-GMO canola seed from local farms and then gently expeller presses the seeds using an old world method without chemicals, to preserve the natural aroma, taste and nutrients.  Check out more info on our website.  We are proud to be able to provide this to our customers.  Sold in a 35# jug.

Lastly, we all use gloves.  We carry a large line of latex, vinyl, nitrile, poly, powdered and powder free gloves in all sizes.  Don't have a lot of storage for cases of gloves?  We've got you covered as many of our gloves come by the box.  Just one more way we strive to be "What Chefs Want".
