 Greetings,
Here are a few highlights from this week's acquisitions.
Fully in the taste and construction of the early 17th century, this outstanding dining table was done in the 19th century as a revival of the famous Elizabethan style. Very sought after because of the convenient expanding top, the base configuration allows chairs to be pulled up to the table. This particular table shows all earmarks of age and  most would assume that it is the 300+ year old original. Please note the outstanding carving on the legs and frieze. H. 30.5", length  (open) 84", leaves 16.5" each, w. 36". $2450.

Covered in a light bronze damask, this 18th century Louis XVI period settee  is a reminder of the elegance of the era with a molded and leafage carved crest on a seat frame and legs with fluting. The crest is in serpentine curve as is the front rail. H. 36.5", w. 58", d. 28". $2650.

Fully enlargeable images of any of these pieces are available by request!

Below is a lively pair of Louis XV style sconces with swirling leafage. These are heavy sand cast and finely hand finished in a generous size. 19th century. H. 16", w. 11", d. 7".  $495 the pair.

A French 18th or early 19th  century bronze of two children is mounted to a rouge marble base with molded sides  Louis XVI period.  Later gilt. H. 3.5", l. 6.5", d. 4". $345.

An early 19th century French engraved brass box with much detail and initials as well. There is a slight flaw well hidden. D. 3". $95.
