JFS Caregiver Support Group
JFS Caregiver Support Group-Sundays at 2:00 beginning February 15th - March 29th. Do you find yourself "sandwiched" between the needs of your children and your parents? JFS is offering an open forum to provide support and help in dealing with the difficulties and stresses of caring for two generations. A small fee of $10/session or $50 for six sessions will be charged. Group will be held at the JFS Westport office, 431 Post Road E., Westport. The facilitator will be Rona Wall, LCSW. Family Service with "Pre-Neg" is back this Friday!
Join us for a family service, Friday, February 6th. - Kid-Friendly Pre-Neg (pizza and veggies)
6pm - Kid-Friendly Pre-Neg (pizza and veggies) 6:30 - Family Service in the Sanctuary
February and March birthdays will be honored during the service, and we'll all enjoy birthday cake in the oneg following services!

Purim Celebrations Coming, March 6-8
This year, we'll celebrate Purim for an entire weekend! More information will be coming soon, but for now, please add the following to your calendars: Friday, March 6th, Shabbat Service at 7:00pm and Megillah Reading at 7:45pm. Saturday, March 7th, Torah Study class to explore Megillat Esther, the Scroll of Esther at 9:30am. Sunday, March 8th, Religious School Purim Celebration at 9:30am. |
Planning for Community Passover Seder
Planning is beginning for a Community Seder on Saturday evening April 4. There are many opportunities to get involved in this wonderful event so please reach out to Susan Farber or Deborah List at membership@templebnaichaim.org .

Sunday Morning Stretch (Yoga Class)
Start your Sunday morning off by taking care of yourself with a Yoga stretch led by Lorien Saumier! Sessions begin February 8, 9:30-10:45 am. Also, March 15 with April and May dates to be announced. Come in and get a great start to your Sunday. TBC members and their guests are welcome. All are invited -- Dudes/Ladies, Beginners/Experienced Yogis. Bring your mat along with your sense of humor. $15/person. A portion of the proceeds goes to TBC. Drop the kids at religious school and drop yourself into yoga. Take a break from your run and try yoga instead!

Mazel Tov Card - This card contains a message of congratulations for those celebrating a happy occasion. $54 each, with the donation going to the Operating Fund, Rabbi's Discretionary Fund, Cantor's Discretionary Fund, Religious School Fund, Shalom Rav (music) Fund, Sisterhood Fund, Tzedakah (social action) Fund or Youth Fund.
Mi Shebeirach Card - This card contains a message of caring and support for someone struggling with illness or other challenges. $18 each, with the donation going to the Kesher/Caring Fund. |
