 Celebrate Passover!

Passover Cooking Tips and Recipes From a Pro.

By: Tina Wasserman

 taken from  ReformJudaism.org

Before Passover 2015, I presented a workshop to address many of the Passover cooking questions that I've received in the past. The audience spanned many levels of expertise: seasoned cooks who were looking for new ideas for their seder, young women whose mothers had passed the baton to allow their children to make the seder, and women from interfaith marriages who, despite their limited experience, wanted to create a strong Jewish memory for their children. Through pictures, we went through the many steps of Passover preparations, and I answered audience questions.

Here are some highlights of that talk. I hope you find a helpful tidbit or two for your own seder! Read more...

Five Passover Movies You'll Love

taken from  ReformJudaism.org

The holiday of Passover hasn't inspired quite as many popular film retellings as Hanukkah, but that certainly doesn't mean there are no good flicks to choose from. This Passover, check your local TV listings for some of these favorites from the staff of the Union for Reform Judaism.

So You are Planning to Lead a Seder...

Join us this Sunday, March 29th

during our school Passover activities for a parent's program to share the best of all things Seder.

The program will start at 9:45a - 11:00a. Bring your questions, your Seder plates (pictures will be taken and added to our growing catalog) and stories to share.

The program will be led by three TBC Past Presidents, Michael Wolfman, Ken Sobel, and Gerry Rakos; sharing their collective years of leading small and large family Seders.

The Best HAROSET EVER!

We are looking for the treasured foods that make Passover so

special for you.

Though our Community Seder meal is set, we

are looking for small starter and dessert contributions to

represent the breadth of eating experience.

 Perhaps you have a

variation of fish, or of fruit compote or matzah kugel that is

straight from the shtetl or the Moroccan desert.

Perhaps your matzah meal chocolate torte is exceptional.

Contact Bonnie Heft [email protected] and let her know what you would like to share.
