TBC's May 28 Congregational Meeting Recap
Rabbi's D'var: "As I prepared to offer a d'var Torah tonight, I was struck by the fact that the first congregational event that I attended at TBC, well the first one that didn't involve anyone voting on whether or not I should be hired, was last spring's congregational meeting." Read the whole text here... President's Remarks: "Thank you all for being here - by this I mean not only being here this evening, but also for choosing to be part of the TBC community. Last Friday night many of us had the pleasure of attending the confirmation service. We heard the amazing heartfelt stories of each student's Jewish journey and by the end of the evening, I realized something..." Read the whole text here...
Copies of documents and committee reports handed out at the meeting are available from Kim O'Rielly in the TBC office.

B'nai Mitzvah Projects and Attendance
B'nai mitzvah season is in full swing. As a reminder,
TBC members are invited and encouraged to attend the Saturday morning Shabbat services at which our students become b'nai mitzvah. These Shabbat morning services are held at 9 and/or 11:15 am. Check the TBC calendar to confirm times. Please join the community as we celebrate our children becoming bar/bat mitzvah or "adult" members of TBC. We're so proud of each and every student.
All students preparing for their bat and bar mitzvahs are encouraged to complete a mitzvah project profile so that information about their project can be posted on the TBC website.
