The
Fiber SenSys FD348R
remains one of the most popular products in Fiber Defender® product line. The ability to remote mount the alarm processing unit in a standard 19-inch rack up to 20 Km from the sensing zones is a key advantage. By locating the electronics unit in a controlled environment, conditions such as corrosion or lightning have no effect. Each zone is handled by a discrete card that can quickly and easily be swapped out providing the extra assurance required in critical infrastructure locations.
