New class options mean there's a Trailhead workout perfect for you, whether you're returning after a hiatus, setting new goals or taking it up a notch!
    

FAST, STRENGTH+ or FOCUS?
We know you want to soak up the last days of summer but with 60 minute workouts you can do both! Choose the best combination of Trailhead workouts using this handy guide:

FAST                                           Tues, Wed, Fri
Functional exercises including cardio, agility, strength, adaptive physical & mental training gives you the tools you need to excel in life & sport. These classes focus on higher heart rate, longer circuits that give a huge bang for your buck.  Long Slow Distance is great for weekend workouts but mid-week is best for FAST! Don't like interval training or hard runs on your own?  FAST classes make it fun! 

STRENGTH+                                   Mon, Thurs
Structured strength, movement-based flexibility & core training. There is no cardio component or competitive intensity. Use STRENGTH+ to supplement your other TH workouts.

FOCUS                                        Mon, Wed, Fri
At $25 per session and a smaller class size, FOCUS is a great blend of personal and group training.  It is highly focused, slower paced, non-competitive offers a longer warm-up with a balance & mobility focus that is great post-injury.  It's a hit with our 50+ crowd.
Personal Training
If group classes aren't what you are looking for, ask us about our personal training options.

With flexible scheduling, detailed goal setting many people prefer a personal approach to their workouts.  We offer sport specific, post-rehabilitation, weight loss, education, motivation and a less intimidating approach.

Prices vary.  Single session $65.  $50 per session with a group of 10. 
Fall Schedule Dates:
Tues Sept 6th to Wed Nov 23rd
Saturday 8am classes begin Sat. Nov 19th

Weekly Class Pricing Example:
1x                                $16 plus tax
2x                                $30 plus tax
Unlimited                $40.50 plus tax
(does not include FOCUS classes)
Sign up for 12 week series and use your sessions any way you like within the series! (1x per weeks equals 12 workouts)
