FAST Tues, Wed, Fri
Functional exercises including cardio, agility, strength, adaptive physical & mental training gives you the tools you need to excel in life & sport. These classes focus on higher heart rate, longer circuits that give a huge bang for your buck. Long Slow Distance is great for weekend workouts but mid-week is best for FAST! Don't like interval training or hard runs on your own? FAST classes make it fun!
STRENGTH+ Mon, Thurs
Structured strength, movement-based flexibility & core training. There is no cardio component or competitive intensity. Use STRENGTH+ to supplement your other TH workouts.
FOCUS Mon, Wed, Fri
At $25 per session and a smaller class size, FOCUS is a great blend of personal and group training. It is highly focused, slower paced, non-competitive offers a longer warm-up with a balance & mobility focus that is great post-injury. It's a hit with our 50+ crowd.
