Saturday August 20  | 2-6pm

W e're partnering with the American Lamb Board to bump beef from the BBQ throne. There'll be tasty interpretations of all your summer favorites (with a sheepish twist) available for $7 each and pours from the CBC canned portfolio for $5 each.

CBC Beer Year!

Do you think you could drink every new beer CBC releases in a year? Here's your chance to prove it.

The  CBC Beer Year is a challenge to local craft beer enthusiasts to drink one of every CBC Beer Year qualifying brew over the course of a year and to post a picture of it on Instagram.

Brett Sematary
Wild Ale brewed with spices aged in oak barrels

From the depths of the CBC Dungeon, er, Barrel Cellar comes our latest bottle release! Brett Sematary originated in oak barrels beneath antediluvian beams, on a foreboding-looking New England autumn night in 2015. The Wendigo, the evil spirit which inhabits this ancient vault, brought the beer back to the land of the living. But this time the beer was...different. Its once crystal clear hue had the faintest hazy mien. Its spice-inflected nose was just a little...funky. What once was fresh and bright now finished...sour. Earthy. Evil. Beware.

Le Saisonniere
Grisette-style Saison
Our grisette is a hazy gold from a complex grist of organic pilsner and wheat malts, oats, rye, and buckwheat. Subtly hopped with Spalt and Hallertauer hops which contribute balance and a hint of floral character, though the grains are really on display. Tart fruity, spicy grain flavors come from the rye and buckwheat and are bolstered by spice notes and hints of citrus from our special house Belgian yeast strain.

Our Brewer's Dog Special is available every Sunday starting at 4pm.  Each week will feature a different hot dog for only $3 with a liter or $5 without!


Mondays
Redeem yourself from a stressful Monday and prove how smart you are at CBC's Trivia Night . Each week we host Stump Trivia from 7-9pm on Monday night. Get here a little early and get some of our 25 cent wings while they last (they tend to go fast).  A new brew inspired flavor is featured every week.


Tuesdays
Dollar Oyster Night! 'Nuff said. Get two or get 20. Get a beer, get some more oysters. Put Chef Dave to work. Sourced from Virginia all the way up to PEI, the Cape and, of course, the Vineyard. We'll have them every Tuesday starting at 4pm served all night long while they last.
