Update on Pending Sale of Lodge and Spa at Cordillera

Hello Property Owners,

We continue to prepare the materials that are due next week appealing the land use determination made by Eagle County. We are also working on a comprehensive position statement to the County Commissioners which set forth the grounds and evidence that demonstrate why CCG's proposed use is not a use by right in the Cordillera PUD and also address the threats raised by CCG and Behringer Harvard around the Fair Housing Act (FHA) and Americans with Disabilits Act (ADA).

The submission of the appeal will be shared electronically with the community next week.

The CPOA/CMD's Current Appeal is scheduled for a public hearing before the Eagle County Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, September 20, 2016. We will keep you informed when the agenda is posted with a scheduled time for the hearing.
