ReStoreMasthead-NEW
Happy Wednesday, ReStore
Shoppers and Friends!
These are some of the unique items you'll find in the Deconstruction section.

The next time you come in the ReStore, you may notice something different.

We've added a new section to the ReStore featuring items that our Deconstruction Program acquires from homes in the area.

You'll be amazed at the items found in some of the deconstructed homes. Several of these homes are over 100-years-old!

Unfamiliar with our Deconstruction Program? Deconstruction is the removal of building materials for the purpose of re-use or recycle.

Whether you're remodeling a kitchen or bath or demolishing a home or office, the Habitat for Humanity of Summit County Deconstruction Team can save you time and money by handling the deconstruction and removal of building materials and accessories.

So don't forget us when you go to demolish or remodel. Contact the Habitat office for an evaluation of the project and to determine costs.

For more information or to schedule an appointment, Charlie Livengood at 330-745-7734 x 206.

And don't forget that you can find these items at the ReStore.

See you tomorrow.

Spring will be here soon, as well as the beginning of Habitat for Humanity of Summit County's 2015 build season.  We plan to construct 8 new houses this year with 8 partner families who help build their homes and purchase them upon completion.  We need the help of our individual, corporate, and faith-based volunteers to help make homeownership possible for our families.

The build season will begin in mid-April.  Volunteers are needed Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.  We will be building in Barberton, Akron and Twinsburg.

Interested? Contact Mary Shepherd at 330-745-7734 x200 or [email protected] for more information or to sign up for a build date.
