Dear Community Stakeholder:

Did you know we have an online comment form for this study? The form gives you the opportunity to share your thoughts with Howard County, Columbia Association, and our consultant team at your convenience.

Maybe you thought of something after attending our June 6 meeting and wished you'd said it then. Or, maybe you weren't able to join us on June 6, but after reviewing our online meeting materials have some thoughts to share. Now is the time to provide this additional input.

The comment form will be available until Wednesday, August 31 at 5 pm. After August 31, our consultants will shift out of the stakeholder engagement phase and into the technical analysis study phase.

What's Next?

Our feasibility study consultants, Bolan Smart, will spend September and October completing technical analysis. They will identify, test and compare different land use scenarios for the village center area.

In early November, the consultants will return to Oakland Mills to present an overview of findings and land use planning implications.
