The following is a brief update for the Villa Ave. Paving Project:

• The Contractor has completed paving the south side of Villa Ave;
• Work has begun on the driveway approaches on the north side and will continue next week; 
• Once the driveway approaches and sidewalks are completed, the area between the curb and sidewalk will be rough graded. At that point, there will be approximately a two (2) week window for the residents to have any damaged sprinklers repaired prior to topsoil and sod being installed.  Residents will be notified at that time;
• The Project is approximately 75% complete;
