SAVANNAH, GA, SEPTEMBER 1, 2016-  All Live Oak Public Libraries branches in Chatham, Effingham and Liberty Counties will be  closed Fri., Sept. 2, 2016 due to Tropical Storm Hermine. Regular library hours will resume on Sat., Sept. 3. 

Online services should remain functional.
