OPEN ENROLLMENT
Open enrollment starts today, and SEBCO offers two dental plans through MetLife dental. There are no changes to the two dental plans offered through SEBCO:
 
Silver plan - $2,000 annual maximum:
$12.05 bi-weekly for individual coverage
$23.50 bi-weekly for employee plus one
$41.40 bi-weekly for family

Gold plan - $5,000 annual maximum:
$18.05 bi-weekly for employee only
$35.12 bi-weekly employee plus child/children
$35.97 bi-weekly employee plus spouse
$58.34 bi-weekly for family

Highlights of the Gold plan include: $1,500 for orthodontia to age 19, in addition to the $5,000 annual maximum. Major includes: implants, crowns, bridges, dentures, and root canals.
 
VSP Vision Insurance

SEBCO offers voluntary vision plans through VSP:
$15 copay for annual eye examination
$25 copay for contact lenses or glasses (every 12 months)
As an added bonus, this comes with a FREE life insurance policy or accidental death and dismemberment policy. 
 
Premiums are as low as:
$5.50 bi-weekly for employee only
$8.18 bi-weekly for employee plus one
$13.80 bi-weekly for family
